Penfield Urgent Care

COVID-19 Precautions

Screening Patients
To help minimize exposure, we are implementing screening measures that may require patients with COVID symptoms to wait in their car until a room is ready for them.

Cleaning and Disinfecting
In addition, to our normal cleaning process we are following the CDC recommendations for cleaning and disinfecting the center. When visiting us you may notice more precautionary measures that include the temporary removal of toys, magazines and coffee/tea stations.

We ask that all patients call ahead or notify us immediately upon arrival if you have a fever or signs/symptoms of lower respiratory illness (e.g. cough or shortness of breath) AND have had close contact with a laboratory confirmed COVID-19 patient.

Please note, in an effort to reduce potential exposure to COVID-19, our Penfield site is ONLY seeing occupational health patients. Anyone requiring drug testing, lab work, immunizations, physicals, and workers’ compensation treatment services is asked to visit our Penfield site

All patients requiring urgent care services can visit any of our other locations. To find a location nearest you, please click here.
