of our Patients and Staff

Enhanced Cleaning and Disinfecting

In addition, to our normal cleaning process we are following the CDC recommendations for cleaning and disinfecting the center. To help prevent germ sharing we have removed toys, books and magazines from our lobby and exam rooms. Our waiting rooms have also been rearranged to best accommodate social distancing guidelines. Please know all items in the rooms are thoroughly sanitized between each room use. This may cause a delay, we appreciate your understanding.

Screening Patients and Staff

To help minimize exposure, we are implementing screening measures. Every patient is screened prior to entering the building. Patients are screened for cough, shortness of breath and temperature. We are requiring all patients, and those accompanying a patient, to wear a mask or face covering while in the centers. Visitors are limited, pediatric patients may have one designated guardian per patient. In addition to screening patients, each staff member follows the same screening process before starting work.

Smiles Behind the Mask

As part of our new normal everyone, including patients, providers and staff will wear a mask while interacting with patients.  You may not see our smiles, but you will see our friendly and caring eyes! We understand the challenge of little ones wearing masks, thank you for your support in this important safety measure.

We ask that all patients call ahead or notify us immediately upon arrival if you have a fever or signs/symptoms of lower respiratory illness (e.g. cough or shortness of breath) AND have had close contact with a laboratory confirmed COVID-19 patient.
