Our goal is to provide the highest quality healthcare in a timely, welcoming atmosphere. Like most private physician practices, Rochester Immediate Care requires payment at the time of service. Our fees vary depending on the level of service provided. In most cases, Rochester Immediate Care fees are substantially lower—usually one-third of the cost—than those charged by emergency rooms.
Accepted/Contracted In-Network Insurance Plans
Patients with insurance are required to pay the urgent care co-pay as determined by your insurance carrier (usually $25 - $75). This co-pay is typically substantially less than that of an emergency room co-pay!

High Deductible Plans
Patients that maintain membership in High Deductible Plans will be asked to pay a pre-payment deposit of $150 prior to service. If deductible requirements have been satisfied with verification from the carrier, only the co-pay (determined by your insurance carrier) is required.
Non-Contracted - Out-Of-Network Insurance Plans
A pre-payment deposit of $150.00 is required from every patient who presents to RIC and maintains membership in a non-participating plan. We will courtesy bill all plans.

• Tricare/Champus: Requires authorization prior to service
Self Pay
A pre-payment deposit of $240 is required from every patient who presents to RIC without valid health insurance coverage, or is on Medicaid or who is otherwise a non-insured private pay patient.
